Description
The Bureau of Land Management requires cadastral survey services for the exterior boundary of the Hawaiian Homelands Paukukalo parcel in Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii. The contractor must research land and survey records, investigate and document corners and boundary evidence, identify potential encroachments, collect field measurements, and mark or monument boundaries as directed by the Contracting Officer's Representative. Work must be performed by or under the direct supervision of a Certified Federal Surveyor licensed to practice land surveying in Hawaii and must comply with applicable federal and Hawaii surveying standards. Required deliverables include weekly service reports, record research, field tablets and notes, survey control diagrams, traverse and coordinate-geometry computations, text data files, true-line plats and narratives, preliminary survey plats, CAD drawings, and final electronic and printed records. The solicitation requests a completed Standard Form 18, completed pricing schedule, a detailed work plan and schedule, acknowledgment of Amendment 0001, personnel resumes, recent Hawaii boundary-survey experience, and proof of Hawaii professional land-surveyor licensure. The amendment confirms a firm-fixed-price purchase order, requires inclusion of shipping and travel costs in the line items, and states a period of performance from October 1, 2026, through April 30, 2028.
