Description
The University of Washington Office of Ceremonies seeks qualified firms to transport and set up university-owned and stored staging, event, and decor elements, with the ability to provide additional rental support materials as needed to supplement event builds. The work supports events including Commencement and Convocation and includes coordination with university departments, personnel management, stage assembly and disassembly, seating, tables, flowers, greenery, columns, and signage. The solicitation is conducted through the Workday Strategic Sourcing system. Optional onsite tours are available for the Commencement event at Husky Stadium and the Convocation event at Alaska Airlines Arena. Questions are due by October 2, 2026, and responses are due by October 30, 2026, both by 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
