Description
The South Dakota Board of Technical Education is soliciting bids for a chiller study and replacement project at the Mickelson Building at Western Dakota Technical College. The work is identified as OSE# TCW26--02X and is located in Rapid City, South Dakota. An optional on-site pre-bid meeting will provide bidders with the only opportunity to review the site. Bids must be submitted electronically by the stated deadline. For bids exceeding $100,000, bidders must provide either a 5% certified, cashier’s, or bank draft payment mailed in advance, or upload a 10% bid bond issued by an authorized surety.
