Description
The South Dakota Board of Regents is soliciting bids for office renovations at the Donald Young Center at Black Hills State University. Plans and specifications are available for review or copying from 3PEAK Architecture. Electronic bids must be submitted by October 20, 2026, at 1:00 PM Mountain Time. An optional on-site pre-bid meeting will be held on October 13, 2026, at Donald Young Center Room 206; this is the only opportunity for bidders to review the site. For bids exceeding $100,000, bidders must either pre-mail a certified check, cashier’s check, or draft equal to 5% of the base bid plus add alternates, or upload a 10% bid bond with the electronic bid.
