Description
The Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality's Industrial Siting Division has received an amendment request from DUTC bn, LLC to modify the construction schedule for the Dutchman Renewable Power Project. The proposed change would move the start of construction from March 2026 to on or before the fourth quarter of 2027. The project is located in Converse County, Wyoming. The public may review the amendment request and associated materials at the division's office in Cheyenne or online.
