Description
The Indian Health Service is soliciting a firm-fixed-price purchase order for on-call snow removal and de-icing services at the Great Plains Area Office-West in Rapid City, South Dakota. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and transportation needed to clear approximately 0.85 acres of parking and access areas and approximately 110 linear meters of sidewalks, entrances, and emergency exits. Services include parking lot and access-road plowing, sidewalk and exit clearing, application of non-corrosive de-icing materials, and snow hauling to an approved disposal location when required. The contractor must mobilize within one hour of notification when specified accumulation or icy conditions occur, maintain safe access, and submit a service report within 24 hours after each event. The solicitation uses a lowest-price-technically-acceptable evaluation with technical, past-performance, and price factors. The base period is followed by four 12-month option periods, and the opportunity is restricted to Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises.
