Description
Jackson County seeks bids for gasoline, on-road and off-road diesel fuel, oils, and diesel exhaust fluid for county-owned vehicles and county road and bridge maintenance during 2027. The estimated quantities include approximately 50,000 gallons of regular 87-octane unleaded gasoline and 65,000 gallons of diesel fuel, plus bulk diesel exhaust fluid. Gasoline service must be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, preferably at three county locations; diesel and diesel exhaust fluid must be available for delivery to county tanks as specified. Bids must include applicable taxes and the requested pricing basis. The county may accept fixed pricing, and allows documented price adjustments tied to changes in the bidder’s supply costs after award. Each bid must include a non-collusion affidavit and bid security equal to 10% of the total bid, in the form of a bid bond, cashier’s check, or certified check. The notice states that Bid Form 95 is obsolete and not required. Bids are due November 30, 2026, and will be opened the following day.
