Description
The City seeks a contractor to reconstruct the destroyed southern section of the historic Sycamore Shelter at Lower Cascades Park. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, permits, coordination, testing, and incidental work necessary to restore the shelter to its pre-damage appearance, preserve the remaining historic fabric, and make the new section consistent with the original structure and applicable historic reconstruction standards. Work must follow the approved design plans and specifications.
