Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, has released a draft SeaPort-NxG requirement covering non-personal professional, engineering, technical assessment, special study, and management support services in support of the Global Deterrence and Defense Department. This advance notice seeks industry questions, feedback, and recommendations to help refine a future formal RFP; it is not a solicitation for proposals, and submissions made during this draft stage will not be considered in the later proposal evaluation. The planned competition is described as full and open among SeaPort-NxG Multiple Award Contract holders, based on responses to a related notice. The draft PWS and DD254 are controlled documents; vendors need JCP certification and must request portal access to view them. Questions and feedback are due by November 16, 2026, and should identify the relevant draft section, page, and paragraph.
