Description
Indiana University seeks a unified bid for the demolition of the existing north fascia LED display at Memorial Stadium and installation of a new display. The work includes general, mechanical, and electrical construction. The demolition and installation may begin no earlier than May 10, 2027, and must be completed by August 1, 2027. Bidders must submit a completed Minority, Women's and Veteran's Business Enterprise Participation Plan describing good-faith efforts to include qualifying enterprises as subcontractors or material suppliers, bid security equal to 5% of the total bid, and the contractor's written drug testing program compliant with Indiana Code 4-13-18. Bidders must be registered and signed in to the plan room to submit electronically.
