Description
The City seeks bids to supply and deliver No. 1 and No. 2 heating/diesel fuel, unleaded gasoline, and propane to municipal facilities. Estimated quantities are 36,600 gallons of No. 1 heating/diesel, 15,300 gallons of No. 2 heating/diesel, 10,200 gallons of unleaded gasoline, 180 gallons of delivered propane, and 70 gallons of propane dispensed at the pump. Quantities may vary by 20%, and bids may cover one or more fuel types. The City may award the lowest bid for diesel, gasoline, or propane, and may award all or part of its fuel needs. The contractor must deliver to the listed City facilities, monitor designated tanks at least every two weeks under the “Keep Full” arrangement, and deliver requested fuel within four hours of an approved City request. Gasoline will be dispensed from the contractor’s pump for City personnel to self-serve. The initial contract period is December 7, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with an option to extend for one consecutive year at the existing bid rates.
