The Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara is seeking a qualified vendor to modernize its intranet using its existing Microsoft 365 G5 subscription and SharePoint Online. The current intranet is a self-hosted internal website on an IIS server, and the Court does not intend to perform a lift-and-shift migration. Instead, identified and relevant files will be manually migrated collaboratively during the discovery phase. The new intranet must be easy to navigate, offer modern features, and integrate well with existing systems. The scope of work includes system design and architecture, platform development and customization, security, compliance and governance, AI readiness (optional), testing and quality assurance, deployment and migration, and training and support. The Court serves approximately 600 internal users. The vendor will be expected to conduct a discovery phase, recommend technical architecture, develop user stories and wireframes, implement custom SPFx web parts, develop templates and modules, implement security measures, ensure compliance with government standards, implement governance controls, and provide training. The project will be performed remotely. The contract is expected to start on December 1, 2026, and end on November 30, 2029.
