Description
The City of Rosenberg is seeking a qualified and licensed contractor to provide quarterly and on-call pest control services at designated City facilities. The scope includes integrated pest management, interior and exterior inspections and treatments, insect and rodent control, perimeter treatments, nest and cobweb removal, rodent-station maintenance, trapping and removal, and emergency or call-back service within one business day of notification. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, licensing, and reporting. Quarterly service logs and inspection reports must document service details, products used, pest activity, inspection findings, corrective actions, and recommendations. The contractor must submit applicable Texas pesticide licenses, insurance documentation, a capability and qualifications statement, a chemical list, and at least four similar-scope references. The initial contract term is two years, with three possible one-year renewals.
