Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes from certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses for brand-name-or-equal agricultural chemicals and related products for Florida National Cemetery. The requirement includes specified quantities of herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, pesticides, plant growth regulators, wetting agent, fertilizer, and related products, with equivalent products required to contain the same active ingredients and concentrations. Liquid containers may not exceed 5 gallons, and granular products may not exceed 50-pound bags. The contractor must furnish and deliver the products to the cemetery, coordinate delivery dates with the Contracting Officer's Representative, and comply with applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT, and Florida regulations. Quotes must include a company-information volume in PDF format and a pricing volume using the provided price schedule in Excel or PDF format. Award is expected to be firm-fixed-price based on the lowest evaluated price meeting the stated chemical requirements.
