Description
The University of Mississippi Facilities Management department is soliciting bids for ready-mix concrete delivered to the university. Pricing is requested per cubic yard for 3,000, 3,500, and 4,000 PSI concrete, with both fly-ash and straight-cement options. Bidders must also price fiber reinforcement, 5% entrained air, small-order load charges, and diesel fuel surcharges. The initial contract term is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, with annual renewals available for a total term of up to 60 months. Bids must include the completed pricing schedule, delivery expectations, and proof of $1,000,000 liability insurance. One copy may be submitted electronically according to the university's instructions or as a sealed paper bid; paper bids must be properly labeled and delivered by the deadline.
