Description
Ada County Highway District is soliciting competitive bids for Portland cement concrete materials under a multiple-award purchase agreement. The primary requirements are Class 3000 Portland cement concrete using the specified ACHD design and 3/4-inch-minus aggregate, supplied in quantities above and below four cubic yards. Materials must meet the cited ISPWC, AASHTO, and ASTM standards and be delivered in approved drum mixer trucks to ACHD job sites anywhere within Ada County, Idaho; site-mix trucks will not be accepted. Upon request, the supplier may also provide micro-synthetic fiber reinforcement, hot water, and water-reducing admixture. The agreement is intended for as-needed orders through December 31, 2027, with 24-hour notice for orders of 10 cubic yards or less and 48-hour notice for larger orders. Bids must include required bidder information, pricing, addenda acknowledgments, deviations, service availability if applicable, and warranty statements. No bid bond is required at submission unless specifically requested in the Vendor Questionnaire; supply, material, payment, and performance bonds may be required after award.
