Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a small-business contractor to modernize the 3 TES front office at Schriever Space Force Base. The work includes removal and disposal of existing furniture; furnishing, delivering, assembling, and installing benching stations, L-shaped and executive desks, cubicles, task and executive chairs, storage, panels, outlets, and related modular furniture; and providing project design, space planning, management, electrical coordination, cleanup, warranty support, and manufacturer-certified installation. The contractor must be an authorized dealer of the proposed furniture manufacturer, and the manufacturer must also be a small business with an active SAM registration. The quote must include a cover letter, completed CLIN pricing, technical approach and schedule, bill of materials, furniture images, manufacturer information, and required entity identifiers. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside and will result in a firm-fixed-price purchase order.
