Description
The Defense Information Systems Agency is conducting market research for enhancement and sustainment services for the Wideband Remote Monitoring Sensor (WRMS), an integrated hardware and software subsystem used to monitor Wideband Global Satellite Communications and Defense Satellite Communications System signals. The requirement includes spectrum monitoring in synchronized Spectrum Information Gathering and in-beam modes, radio-frequency data collection and characterization, anomaly identification, graphical user-interface enhancements, and support for WGS-11+ and legacy satellite systems. The anticipated scope includes program management, systems engineering, software development and sustainment, Agile and DevSecOps practices, continuous integration and deployment, testing and acceptance, cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework support, integrated logistics, technical documentation, training, equipment build-out, and installation at multiple government and overseas sites. The contractor must have a final Secret Facility Clearance, and contractor personnel must maintain Secret clearances. The anticipated period of performance is one base year followed by four one-year option periods.
