Description
The United States Space Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price purchase order for preventive maintenance and corrective repair of electronic security systems at Peterson Space Force Base. The scope includes AMAG access-control and alarm systems, Qognify Video Management Software (QVMS) and associated CCTV infrastructure, operating stations, servers, Microsoft cluster server software, card readers, electronic locks, sensors, duress devices, wiring, and related equipment. The contractor must provide management, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, and individually AMAG- and QVMS-certified technicians. Services include scheduled preventive maintenance, software and firmware updates, 24/7 no-notice corrective support, troubleshooting, repairs, parts coordination, system upgrades, alarm programming, reporting, and technical support. The solicitation requires a staffing plan and prior-experience citation demonstrating similar alarm or camera maintenance experience with 24/7 response capability. The contract includes a nine-month base period, four one-year option periods, and a six-month extension, for a stated total period of performance of 63 months.
