Description
The U.S. Department of the Air Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for three manual drop arm barrier systems, each with an adjustable span of up to 24 feet, plus packaging, loading, and shipping. The systems must be new and listed on the current Department of Defense Anti-Ram Vehicle Barrier List; require no hydraulic or electrical power; open vertically and horizontally; be P1-to-P3 crash certified; be reusable after impact; use a surface-set design requiring no excavation; require low or no maintenance; include a long-term warranty; interoperate with other market systems; and have certified user training available, including recurring or train-the-trainer options. Quotes must include technical specifications or product literature, warranty information, pricing and discount terms, amendment acknowledgment, CLIN pricing, estimated delivery or lead time, vendor contact and entity information, CAGE number, Unique Entity Identifier, and a Level One self-attestation regarding financial and technical resources. The quote must include original and redacted copies, remain valid for at least 30 days, and comply with the 20-page limit for the quote, excluding applicable warranty information submitted as a separate attachment.
