Description
The United States Space Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price purchase order for engineering, furnishing, installation, and testing of two 48-strand single-mode outside-plant fiber optic routes. The work includes purchasing and installing one route from ITB 1876 to ITB 1 and a second route from ITB 1876 to ITB 1038, along with the associated fiber infrastructure and testing. The contractor must provide technical documentation demonstrating an end-to-end engineering, furnishing, installation, and testing approach, sequential project rollout, flowchart, dig permits, manhole placement, boring and trenching, ductbank and fiber installation, testing procedures, coordination, test results, and as-built documentation. The resulting award will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order with performance not exceeding 365 days, and the quote's technical documentation is limited to seven pages.
