Description
The State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Fleet and Asset Management (OFAM) is procuring elevator maintenance and repair services for its parking facilities. The services required include preventative maintenance, repairs, 24/7 elevator phone response, emergency entrapment response, glass cleaning, and testing. These services will be performed at multiple parking facility locations in Sacramento, CA. The contract term is anticipated to be 60 months. Bidders must meet minimum requirements including a valid C-11 Elevator Contractor license, proof of General Liability, Commercial Automobile Insurance, and Worker's Compensation insurance. Bidders must also provide at least three references for similar work performed within the last five years and meet a 3% Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation goal.
