Description
This solicitation is for the construction of a parking lot at Central Louisiana State Hospital in Pineville, Louisiana. Bids will be received by the State of Louisiana, Division of Administration, Office of Facility Planning and Control. The deadline for bid submission is 2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. Bids will be opened and read aloud at that time. Complete bidding documents are available electronically from Ballard CLC, Inc. at bbutler@ballard-clc.com. Printed copies can be obtained through reprographic firms at the bidder's expense. Questions regarding the procedure should be directed to Ballard CLC, Inc. at 1009 Bayou Place, Alexandria, LA 71303, telephone 318-445-6571, or email bbutler@ballard-clc.com. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond. Bidders must be licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for Building Construction. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Award of the contract is contingent upon the availability of funds, including the sale of bonds or federal funds.
