Description
The Department of Consumer Affairs, on behalf of the State of California, is seeking to lease approximately 2,745 net usable square feet of office space in the City of Santa Clarita. The leased space must be asbestos hazard-free, comply with seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable building codes, and be close to public transportation. Preference will be given to buildings demonstrating LEED or Energy Star compliance where cost-effective. The solicitation also requires sixteen (16) non-exclusive and three (3) exclusive EV charger parking spaces. The boundaries for the desired location are North: Newhall Ranch Road, South: Valencia Boulevard, East: McBean Parkway, and West: The Old Road.
