Description
The North Attleborough Electric Department (NAED) is soliciting sealed bids for labor and materials to resurface the parking lot and perform related site improvements at 275 Landry Avenue, North Attleborough, MA. The scope of work includes excavating and removing existing asphalt and sub-base, grading for proper water run-off, paving with asphalt base and top coats, sealing seams, extending paved areas, installing asphalt berms, concrete pads, bollards, rebuilding structures, adding iron thresholds at garage bays, and line striping. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on May 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM at 275 Landry Ave, North Attleborough. Bids are due by June 24, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. local time, as revised by Addendum No. 1. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond of 5% of the estimated value and, upon award, a payment bond and performance bond of 50% of the total estimated contract price.
