Description
The University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) is seeking qualifications from a design-build firm for the construction of a new parking deck and associated surface parking. This project aims to accommodate approximately 500 vehicles in the existing Leutze-Morton parking lot area. The scope of work includes modifications to existing parking lots and roadways to facilitate access and egress to and from the new parking deck. To be eligible to offer architectural or engineering services for this solicitation, the designer on the responding team must be licensed in the State of North Carolina. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is mandatory.
