This solicitation is for a brand-name or equal street sweeper for the Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC). The original solicitation, 36C24426Q0665, has been amended to provide clarifications and answers to questions, and to extend the deadline for offer submission. The new deadline for receipt of offers is Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. The primary use for the street sweeper will be within the VAMC's parking garages. The Department of Veterans Affairs prefers an all-electric machine to reduce fuel consumption, exhaust emissions, and noise pollution.
