This project involves the construction of a new terminal building and associated parking lot area for the Seminole Regional Airport. Bids will be received by the City of Seminole until 2:00 PM on Thursday, July 9th, 2026. An optional pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, June 23rd, at 11:00 AM at the City of Seminole, 401 N Main Street, Seminole, OK 74868. Information regarding virtual attendance will be provided to plan holders one week prior to the meeting. Potential bidders can request access to the virtual pre-bid conference by contacting Matthew Ranck at miranck@garverusa.com. Each organization is limited to three personnel per organization for the pre-bid conference. Digital copies of the bid documents are available for purchase ($22) from http://Planroom.GarverUSA.com using Quest Project Number 10235408. For assistance, contact QuestCDN at 952.233.1632 or info@questcdn.com. Documents can also be examined at Garver's office in Oklahoma City or at the City of Seminole. Addendums will be issued through the Garver online Plan Holders List, so bidders must download documents from this site to be included and to receive addenda. Bidders must enter addenda numbers in Article 3.01 of the Bid Form.
