Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine small business sources capable of providing Patient Assisted Parking services for the Fargo VA Health Care System. The services will include greeting patients, taking possession of keys and vehicles, parking them in assigned areas, and retrieving and delivering vehicles to owners. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary supplies, signage, communication devices, and personnel, including uniforms and name tags. The period of performance will be one base year with four option years, from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2031. The contractor must ensure efficient operations with no patient waiting more than 10 minutes for their vehicle to be parked or returned. The contractor will also provide up to eight hours per month for special event parking services outside normal operating hours. The contractor must adhere to all VA rules and regulations, including a drug-free workplace policy, and all personnel are subject to a Low Level NACI background investigation.
