Description
Texas A&M University is seeking to establish a Master Agreement for the provision of parking system products, installation services, and ongoing maintenance and repairs. The scope of work includes "turnkey" installation projects where equipment is supplied as a complete, operational system. Additionally, the university requires on-site and off-site maintenance and repair services, with a vendor response time of four hours by telephone for emergency calls and twenty-four hours for on-site service. Next-day delivery for parts, including weekends, is expected for orders placed by 2:00 p.m. The initial term of the agreement will be one year, with automatic one-year renewal options for up to a total of five years. The university reserves the right to extend this agreement to other Texas State Agencies listed as Institutions of Higher Education. Award will be based on best value criteria, including price, reputation, quality, and long-term cost.
