Description
The City of Sumter, South Carolina is requesting proposals from qualified property owners for the development of professional office space at 846 W. Liberty Street. The selected property should be owner-occupied and operated by a recognized local business with a demonstrated record of success. The facility must meet high architectural standards, provide adequate parking, and make parking available for at least twenty city-sponsored events per calendar year. The City may provide financial participation of up to $50,000 for proposals that meet all requirements and offer meaningful public parking access. Proposals are due July 7, 2026.
