Description
The West Windsor Parking Authority is soliciting bids for a parking lot and pocket park redevelopment project. The project includes approximately 2,100 square yards of new paving for a small parking lot, 1,750 cubic yards of rough grading and material disposal, and 2,500 square yards of 6-inch thick certified clean fill material. Additionally, the project involves 1,100 square feet of 4-inch thick sidewalk, installation of six pole-mounted light fixtures, a pavilion seating area with picnic tables, and landscaping and tree plantings for a pocket park. Bids will be received until 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at the Authority's office located at Suite 24, 64 Princeton Hightstown Road, Princeton Junction, NJ 08550. Bid documents will be available starting Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Interested parties can examine the documents at the Authority's office during business hours or request electronic access by emailing wwpa@actengineers.com with their name, address, contact information, and project name. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Authority's office. Bidders with questions must submit them via email to wwpa@actengineers.com by 12:00 Noon on Thursday, July 9, 2026. Bidders must comply with Affirmative Action, Prevailing Wage, and Americans with Disabilities Act requirements.
