Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking to lease approximately 3,046 to 3,199 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet of office space, with a maximum of 3,656 rentable square feet (RSF). The lease requires a firm term of 60 months and a full term of 240 months, with 120 days termination rights. Additionally, 2,300 square feet of secured storage with ware-yard space, suitable for a government vehicle pulling a 21' trailer, is required adjacent to the office space. The location must be within the town limits of Los Lunas, New Mexico, and must accommodate customer parking with pull-through capability for larger vehicles with trailer attachments. A fully serviced lease is required, and the offered space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards, and must not be in a 1-percent-annual chance flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with telecommunications prohibitions under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
