Description
Lincoln Park Public Schools (LPPS) is requesting sealed proposals for asphalt paving services at multiple school sites. The scope includes new parking lot construction at Foote Elementary (approx. 8,424 sq ft) and Keppen Elementary (approx. 16,386 sq ft), as well as new playground asphalt at Lafayette Elementary (approx. 14,100 sq ft) and Keppen Elementary (approx. 23,326 sq ft). Work involves removal of existing asphalt and topsoil, fine grading, installation of leveling and wearing courses, striping, sealcoating, crack filling, and fence installation. All work must be completed by August 31, 2026.
