The City of Newburyport is soliciting bids for reconstruction of selected areas of the Peter J. Matthews Boardwalk at the Central Waterfront. The work includes supplying and installing new stringers and composite decking, along with selective demolition, salvage, and reinstallation of existing timber decking and granite or brick blocks.
