Description
The Superior Court of California, County of Imperial, seeks a contractor to provide janitorial services, labor, supplies, and equipment for three courthouse facilities. Work includes weekday interior and exterior cleaning, restroom sanitation and restocking, trash and recycling removal, floor and carpet care, glass and surface cleaning, and periodic deep-cleaning and exterior maintenance. The contractor must provide the required staffing, cleaning materials, equipment, and safety measures, and maintain the facilities in a clean and sanitary condition. The proposal must include a work plan, staffing information and resumes, a description of the approach to cleaning marble, an equipment list, and copies of current business licenses or other credentials. The evaluation considers work plan quality, timing, compliance, experience and staff credentials, cost, and a DVBE incentive if applicable. A walkthrough of each facility being bid is required before submitting a proposal.
