Description
The Town of Springfield seeks an exclusive provider to rent and service portable restrooms at Riverside Park, Toonerville Trail, and The Common from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027. The base configuration includes five units: two year-round ADA units and three seasonal units, with seasonal units installed in April and removed in the fall. Weekly service includes cleaning, waste removal, sanitizing, and restocking supplies. Bidders must price the specified configuration and an alternative in which all five units are ADA-accessible. Separate pricing is also requested for additional cleaning, special-event rentals, and an optional standard unit at the Riverside Park tennis courts/ice rink. Bids must include individual unit rates, servicing costs, and delivery or removal fees.
