Description
The Municipality of Anchorage is soliciting bids for as-needed portable restroom rental and servicing at the Don Young Port of Alaska. The scope includes one three-stall restroom trailer at the Sea Star Building and standard portable restrooms at designated port locations, with routine weekly service, cleaning, disinfecting, pump-out and waste removal, replenishment of supplies, inspections, repairs, and lawful disposal. The contractor must furnish, deliver, install, maintain, relocate when authorized, and remove the facilities, along with all labor, vehicles, equipment, supplies, transportation, and permits needed for performance. Additional services may include temporary or monthly units, delivery and setup, pickup, relocation, and unscheduled cleaning or pump-out. Bidders must provide technical information for the proposed three-stall trailer, including manufacturer/model information, photographs, layout, dimensions, winterization or heating features, utility requirements, and equivalency documentation when applicable. The contract has a one-year base period with three additional one-year option periods, and quantities and dollar amounts are not guaranteed.
