Description
This Sources Sought notice requests capability information from small businesses for a potential firm-fixed-price contract covering the rental, delivery, installation, servicing, and stocking of 84 portable chemical latrines and 37 portable hand-washing stations across six training-area locations. Services include pumping and disposing of liquid and solid waste in accordance with applicable regulations, cleaning and sanitizing latrines, replenishing toilet paper, refilling hand-washing stations, restocking soap and paper towels, and maintaining all units in good working order. Service frequencies range from one to two visits per week. The anticipated requirement is one 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods, with performance beginning April 1, 2027. Responses must provide company and socioeconomic information, relevant experience, proposed teaming or subcontracting arrangements, self-performance percentages, and recommendations concerning acquisition structure and competition. This is a Sources Sought notice only and is not a request for quotes, bids, or proposals; respondents must not submit classified material.
