Description
The City of El Paso is soliciting on-call waste removal services under Solicitation No. 2027-0115. The bid form identifies lift station and septic tank services by volume, including per-gallon pricing and minimum charges, as well as miscellaneous services for standard and ADA portable restrooms, hand-washing stations, and holding tanks. The solicitation includes pricing for distances greater than 20 miles from city limits and an option for the City to extend the contract for two additional years at the same unit prices. Respondents must complete the bid form and solicitation forms, including subcontractor or supplier identification, non-collusion and business disclosure, indebtedness, and statutory certification forms. A completed Form 1295, W-9, and bid submittal and signature page are also required. The bid submittal and signature page states that an original signature is required for a responsive bid.
