Description
The Toronto District School Board is soliciting construction services to replace the heating plant at Parkfield Junior School. Non-destructive work may occur during regular hours, while work affecting school operations must be performed after hours or on weekends in accordance with applicable city bylaws. The contractor must begin as soon as possible after award and submit a project schedule immediately upon award. The project must be substantially completed by April 30, 2027. If the bid submission exceeds $500,000, the awarded contractor must provide digital Labour and Material Bonds and Performance Bonds using Form 31 and Form 32, including HST. An installation floater may also be required to cover project supplies and equipment.
