Description
The City of Ann Arbor is soliciting proposals for concrete removal, replacement, and related construction services at the Ann Arbor Airport North Terminal Building. The scope includes sidewalks, accessible ramps, curbs, gutters, concrete pavement, equipment pads, demolition, disposal, excavation, grading, subgrade preparation, aggregate base, forming, reinforcing, concrete placement, finishing, curing, jointing, saw cutting, sealing, backfilling, restoration, traffic and pedestrian control, mobilization, supervision, and other incidental work required for a complete installation. The contractor must provide a lump-sum price, labor and material cost information, subcontractor names and costs, anticipated completion schedule, assigned foreman or superintendent information, and emergency response capabilities. Prevailing-wage, living-wage, nondiscrimination, safety, workforce-development, social-equity, sustainability, insurance, and performance and labor-and-material bond requirements apply. A mandatory pre-proposal conference is required, and proposals must include the specified declarations, compliance forms, conflict-of-interest disclosure, legal-status information, pricing, qualifications, safety, workforce, and related documentation.
