Emerson School is requesting firm-fixed-price quotations for Category 1 internet access with capacity from 300 Mbps to 2 Gbps, including static IP addresses, domain name registration, uptime and response-time commitments, ISP-owned connectivity equipment, statistical-analysis access, and end-to-end equipment maintenance. Vendors must itemize eligible and non-eligible services and comply with E-rate requirements, including having an E-rate SPIN and an active SAM.gov registration. The Category 2 scope includes approximately 50 wireless access points, one wireless controller, four network switches, four UPS/battery-backup units, one firewall, two racks, and approximately 30,000 feet of Cat6 or Cat6A cabling. The work includes applicable software and licenses, installation, configuration, and maintenance. The solicitation permits equivalent products, may result in multiple providers for a service type, and may consider multi-year contracts. Evaluation factors include price, prior experience, understanding of needs, personnel qualifications, completeness and compliance of the response, and the ability to complete installation or services within the required timeframe.
