Description
The Cooperative Purchasing Agency (CPA) is soliciting bids for copy paper, colored paper, and cover stock for office and classroom use. The bid includes a variety of items such as legal-size copy paper, 11x17 copy paper, multi-color packs (bright and pastel), individual colored copy paper (e.g., lemon, lime, purple, royal blue, bright blue, turquoise, fuchsia, ultra pink, neon red, orange, holiday red, kelly green, primary yellow, pastel pink, orchid, gray, pastel blue, pastel green, ivory, canary yellow, salmon, goldenrod, natural parchment), and cover stock in various colors and weights. Bids must be submitted on CPA's form and include the signed Bid Proposal Page. Samples are requested for color and weight comparison. The contract period is from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027, with delivery expected within 30 days of purchase order issuance. All prices must be F.O.B. destination and include delivery charges. Payment terms are net 30 after completion of purchase order.
