The Virginia Department of General Services is soliciting a one-time, all-or-none lot bid for two paper-product items: 112 cases of paper rags in dispensing boxes, with 200 counts per box and eight boxes per case; and 108 cases of heavy-duty blue shop-style towels, with 55 sheets per roll and 30 rolls per case. Bidders must state the brand offered and the number of cases per pallet. The first item may be Scott/Kimberly-Clark 75260 or Cascades 3641, and the second may be Scott/Kimberly-Clark SCT75130 or a Virginia Distribution Center-approved equivalent. Award will be based on the lower cost per square inch for the first item. Delivery is required by October 22, 2026.
