Description
The Senate of Canada is seeking a qualified supplier to provide and deliver a broad range of multipurpose, reprographic, specialty, cover, photo, and digital printing papers, as well as envelopes, on an as-requested basis. Requirements include specified sizes, weights, brightness and opacity levels, FSC or equivalent environmental certifications for applicable products, and no substitutions without prior approval. Estimated annual quantities are provided for evaluation but do not guarantee order volume. Products must be delivered within five business days after each order to the Senate receiving area. The supplier must provide a bilingual account manager, customer support, quarterly and ad hoc reporting, product warranty support, and compliance with applicable Senate security-screening requirements. The procurement will establish a three-year standing offer beginning November 1, 2026, with two additional one-year option periods.
