Watermarked Foolscap Paper Supply

The University of Calcutta is soliciting the supply of 12,000 reams of double white Double Foolscap paper measuring 43 cm by 68 cm and weighing 60 GSM, with a C.U. watermark, for the Controller of Examinations Department. The selected vendor must provide a sample for University approval before receiving a job order; supplied materials that do not match the approved sample may be rejected and returned. The contract requires completion within 30 days and has a 180-day bid validity period. Bidders must submit the BOQ with current trade license, professional tax, PAN, GST registration, financial statements for the last three financial years, and a completion certificate for similar work valued at least 75% of the quoted value in a single tender during the last three financial years. A registered office in Kolkata or surrounding districts of West Bengal is required, and consortium bids and partial quotes are not permitted.
