Description
Ector County is seeking qualified vendors to provide temporary personnel in four categories: general laborers, semi-skilled laborers, general office staff, and coliseum concessions workers. The contractor must maintain an available, qualified staffing pool; respond to requests within specified timeframes; provide personnel for varying county locations, schedules, and assignments; and handle recruitment, screening, background checks, drug screening, payroll, employment records, workers’ compensation, reporting, and personnel replacement. Concessions personnel must be at least 18 years old and follow food-handling and sanitation requirements. The initial contract term is one year, with up to three additional one-year renewals by mutual written agreement. The County may make a single, multiple, or category-specific award, and does not guarantee any minimum staffing volume or expenditure. Proposals must include pricing, availability and staffing-capacity information, at least three similar references from the past five years, and the required vendor questionnaire responses and forms. Awarded vendors must execute the County’s Master Service Agreement and provide required insurance documentation before services begin.
