Description
San Mateo County's Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder-Elections (ACRE) Department is seeking pre-approved vendors to provide temporary, contingent IT professionals on an as-needed basis for short-term development, maintenance, support, data, architecture, program management, business analysis, and quality assurance projects. Potential positions include application developer, software engineer, reporting data analyst, program manager, technical architect, data architect, technical lead or specialist, departmental system analyst, QA lead, and QA analyst. Relevant technologies include Salesforce, Microsoft .NET, Esri, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, SOQL, cloud platforms, and software testing tools. Vendors must submit a three-year rate card using the provided Rate Sheet Attachment D, perform background and reference checks before referring candidates, respond to staffing requests within 72 hours, provide at least three pre-screened candidates per request, provide orientation and ongoing performance monitoring, manage payroll and employment obligations, and support reporting and replacement requirements. Proposals must address the minimum qualifications, project approach, scope-of-work tasks and milestones, schedule, innovations, performance measures, firm qualifications, team qualifications, and references. The vendor must also accept the County's standard contract template unless contract exceptions are submitted by the applicable deadline.
