Description
The buyer is seeking a contractor to deliver Transition to Employment Services in French for unemployed and underemployed Francophone Albertans. The services must help participants acquire workplace and occupation-related competencies and transition to full-time employment. The scope includes comprehensive, individualized employability supports, employment placement, job matching, connections with employers, and other services intended to improve labour-market outcomes. Services will be delivered from a standalone office in Edmonton and remotely to participants outside Edmonton. The estimated contract period is 26 months, with a proposed start date of November 1, 2026.
